Therapeutic Approach
In therapy I work in partnership with you to develop a shared understanding of past, present and future challenges to feel back in control and work out where you want to see change.

We think about your life holistically and how neurodiversity, sexuality, gender, culture, race and faith may have influenced your experiences. We will also build coping skills and think about your existing strengths that can often feel lost when life is challenging.
In therapy my aim is for us to create a safe and curious environment to feel connected and understood.
